    Russell Lee died in 1986, not sure why this shows him as still alive.

    Given the date, I guess this child is advertising for the isolationist America First movement? Interesting.

    The authoritative forms of names used by the Library of Congress have primarily been intended to distinguish individuals with the same name, and don’t necessarily show death dates. In this case, Lee’s death date was probably added to his authority record (which does now have the 1986) after this photo was cataloged.
